Wasabi Sushi & Lounge brings a sophisticated, modern take on traditional Japanese food to the greater Milwaukee area. Our chefs give artistic performances with their mastery of sushi preparation, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients - all presented beautifully on the plate. Wasabi is the 1st Wisconsin-based restaurant created by Brian Park, who originally established himself as a successful restaurateur of multiple sushi/Asian-Fusion hot spots in Chicago. Wasabi quickly secured its spot as the premier sushi destination in Brookfield, attracting diners from all over S.E. My family and I are regular patrons at Wasabi and our most recent experience was delicious as always. Every piece of sashimi was fresh and tasty, the fried shrimp heads were perfectly cooked and the atomic roll was perfection. Topped off by the best service in the business by Anna! Best sushi around.

Food is always spectacular at Wasabi and the service the best. We has sashimi with freash ground wasabi which was fresh and the portion sizes are amazing. We also had the Mariner, wasabi and chicago rolls, which were equally amazing. We were greeted by our hostess and waitress who both make the experience complete. They are attentive but very respectful of our need for privacy. They are the best and treat us like family. My wife and I are regulars, and every time we go we think to ourselves, why dont we come here more often .. Wasabi is favorite restuarant

Have not dined here in a while and the food is still solid - based on some good recipes with proper seasonings and flavor. Service was awesome. Although the restaurant was slow when we arrived it started to pick up but our server had just the right tempo, not too rushed nor too slow when it came to our appetizers and main courses. She was very good at anticipating refills etc. we were very pleased. Two of us ordered the beef bibimbap which may be one of their signature dishes. We’ve had this here often and it is quite tasty with a nice mix of vegetables rice and meat. However last night the meat portion was way too small, much less than we used to get. It changed the flavor profile of the dish which became rice forward as the veggies do not add a lot of flavor. We didn’t think it was good value for what we paid. This may have been an anomaly as we have had this here many times before but if it’s now the new portion for this dish we will not be ordering it in the future.
