We had an early dinner here on NYE, and it was just what we needed before a show at the Paramount. We didn’t want to have any leftovers to cart around, so the family style sharing worked perfectly. The dishes came out hot and delicious, one after another, and our server was truly excellent.

Everything was excellent - the food was amazing & the server was also great. We had an issue with a drink but it was rectified immediately & to our satisfaction.

Sent to the bar upon arrival because one person in our party was not there yet. I hate this practice. Service at bar was slow and unwelcoming. They need to train the bar tender and give him more help— he was overwhelmed. Better to have seated us upon arrival. I was served the worst cocktail I have ever had—a mojito which tasted like some ice water with mint floating on top. I requested and received a refund for this drink. Finally seated right next to the serving and dirty dishes counter. We requested another table and hostess grudgingly seated us elsewhere. Management flutter around trying to make us happy. By that time my happy mood was gone. Lamb and black cod meal quite good—chicken was so so. At these prices with a reservation, I expect more gracious service. I have eaten there before—not sure I will go back.

Enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner at Wild Ginger. The restaurant seemed less than fully staffed for the amount of customers present, even though the place was far from full. Despite this the staff were all upbeat, friendly, helpful, and did not rush their interactions with us. They made sure our table had a fantastic holiday meal that will be fondly remembered. The food was amazing! Unique flavors, beautiful presentation, so delicious! The women’s restroom was a total mess, not at all what I would expect from the price point of this establishment. It looked like it had not been checked since opening. Supplies were out or low, paper all over the floor, water pooling on the counters, a notable disaster. Patrons enjoying a multi-course, family style meal will be at the restaurant a long time and are likely to use the facilities. It’s part of the experience and so easy to keep tidy and stocked. Everyone in our party loved our meal and were pleased with our choice to dine at Wild Ginger.

An exceptional Christmas Eve at Wild Ginger. Engaging service, great ambience, and outstanding food made a memorable evening. A tuna tartare starter followed by the nam’s lamb chops was an experience that I’ll be recommending to all my friends. Thank you.

We've eaten at the Wild Ginger for over ten years on special occasions and have never been disappointed. Their menu has had some variations over the years but the quality has been superb. Staff is always courteous and concientious.

Our waiter was very harried and kept saying how crazy it was and how much he had to do. Then he would sigh a lot. Our food took a long time to come after the appetizers.
