The evening begins with Fried Chicken Meatballs paired with a Maple Bourbon Smash, followed by Grilled Arctic Char paired with Cherry Wood Rye, Smoked Brisket paired with Bottled-In-Bond, and ends with a Salted Caramel Budino paired with High Wheat. Greg Johnston, National Director for Bardstown, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.
