Total disaster on Christmas Eve. Made a reservation months in advance for our annual dinner, arrived to be told they were running behind and not given an ETA. Proceeded to wait for 45 minutes before finally being seated. Ordered and told the kitchen was really behind and to expect to wait, fine. Finally get appetizers, crab cakes were half the size they normally are and were not prepared properly. Order main dishes to be told they were basically out of all sides except green beans, broccoli and French fries. Why are they even open at this point? Steak was not cooked to requested temp and no sides. Was not offered desert, only bought the check. When I asked about ordering desert was told the kitchen was closed! Spent 3 hours here for our annual Christmas Eve dinner and left completely dissatisfied. Our server was very apologetic but the management here is awful! Never apologized, never offered solutions nor even came to the table to try to correct the issue. For $400 meal, not even getting what we wanted, this was the last time we will eat here. I've been loyal customer of wildfire for many years and have never encountered such incompetence.

The restaurant apparently over booked for Christmas Eve. We typically have good experiences at this establishment but not so much this time. Waited 45 minutes beyond our reservation time to be seated. Waited another 45 minutes to finally get food. Many of the side options were not available as they were out of all potato options except for French fries which was disappointing. The waiter continued to promise us a bread basket but after an hour he said none was available. Food was mediocre at best. The scallops and fillet were flavorful but the French fry only potato option was not what we were wanting and the broccoli side was cold. On a side note the maple pecan pie was very good. Would not recommend this restaurant for a special holiday occasion.

Worst $250 ever spent on a meal. Overbooked, waited 45 mins after our reservation time to be seated. Brought the wrong drinks. Food was cold.

The food was excellent, as always. It was very busy, because it was Christmas Eve, and we were seated almost 30 minutes past our reservation time. They ran out of some of their potato choices and it took a while to get our food, but it was worth the wait.

Real busy we sat down as party of 8 - table next to us (4) was sat about 10 minutes after us and they were served their dinners and ate their dinners prior to us being even served our dinners - we were their for over 2 and 1/2 hours - did have apps but those were ordered soon after we got there and we did not have dessert! Been here for a number of December 24ths and by far our worst experience

Wonderful Christmas dinner, Wildfire is our favorite spot in town. The service is amazing and the food and drinks are fantastic!
