The evening begins with Spicy Cocktail Meatballs & Deep-Fried Deviled Eggs paired with Sauvignon Blanc, followed by Scallops Al Forno paired with Sonoma-Cutrer Chardonnay, Char-broiled Filet Mignon paired with 3 Palms Merlot and ends with a Chocolate Raspberry Lava Cake paired with Decoy Limited Brut Rosé. Caitlin Hartwigsen, Director of National Accounts, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process.
