The extensive menu features broiled steaks and chops, wood-roasted seafood and roasted meats, all prepared in an open kitchen. Join us for a custom 4 course menu each paired with a Bourbon from the Bardstown Bourbon Company to complement. The evening begins with Fried Chicken Meatballs paired with a Maple Bourbon Smash, followed by Grilled Arctic Char paired with Cherry Wood Rye, Smoked Brisket paired with Bottled-In-Bond, and ends with a Salted Caramel Budino paired with High Wheat. Greg Johnston, National Director for Bardstown, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.

This was my first Thanksgiving meal at Wildfire and it was delicious. Our server was attentive and kind. Plenty of food and meal was paced well. So glad we went.

The service was impeccable and the food was so delicious. Wildfire made us both very happy and our Thanksgiving memorable.

The server was not very attentive to our needs. We went through extended periods of time without her coming back to the table to see how we were doing. There was a feeling because I came there with three teenagers I felt we were beneath her as one of my kids noticed she (waitress) was wearing a Rolex watch. I could not give her the gratuity that was recommended.

We have been going to Wildfire for Thanksgiving for at least 5 years. After this year, we will not be back. Our waitress was terrible. She had an attitude from the moment we sat down and rarely checked on us. We went 45 minutes without her stopping by the table. When they served the food (family style) there was barely enough food for 2 people and we had 3. When we finally had the waitress stop by and we asked her for more food, she sighed and said she would see what she could do. 30 minutes later more food showed up. The quality of the food today was also not the same. Very unfortunate as this used to be a really good place to eat.
