Wildflower, flagship restaurant for Fox Restaurant Concepts, raised the culinary bar when it opened in Tucson in 1998. To this day, it continues to set the standard for innovative New American Cuisine featuring a melting pot of American classics with European and Asian influences. Nailed it again! We brought snowbirds from New York who hadn’t been to Wildflower before (what?). I really hoped that they would like it…they loved it! Each couple ordered an artichoke to share, then our friends shared a Greek Caesar. I had my perennial favorite—scallops—and my husband had salmon (but switched it up with the sides from the scallops. One of our friends had the mussels (and she couldn’t stop raving about them); the other had beef ravioli (he’s lower key, but said it was very good). When the time came for dessert, I mentioned that if they’re chocolate people, they may want to try Bars of Sin. We should have shared one order (rich and generous). That got raves as well. Thanks, again, to the team at Wildflower, for a great evening!

We've eaten at Wildflower a number of times with excellent food and generally good service, but the service on our last visit was lacking. (1) It seemed a long time before a server finally came to our table, but that single thing wasn't a big problem. (2) My wife ordered the soup of the day and I ordered a salad. Without asking ahead of time, they brought my wife a different soup because that's what they had. My wife refused it and they brought her a salad instead. (3) In the meantime, I waited and waited and waited for my salad. I thought they had forgotten it. They didn't bring it until shortly before we got our entrees. (4) The server told my wife (but not me) that there would be no charge for my salad because it came so late. However, the bill included a charge for the salad and I paid the bill, not knowing that the salad should have been comped. I didn't find out about that until the ride home. While we've had good luck at Wildflower in the past, this was definitely a subpar experience.

Visiting Tucson area from Chicago for the first time and now have made two stops at Wildflower. This is the best food we’ve had—other than Mexican and pizza—in our two weeks here. Very nice meals. Kitchen can be a little slow. It’s quieter on the patio, and they keep it warm enough.

Another great experience at Wildflower, and it is our go-to for special occasion restaurants in Tucson. The service (Samantha) was outstanding; the Brussels, Asian chicken salad, braised ribs, and the one-of-a-kind Bars of Sin have always met our expectations, and they did so again last night. If you haven't been here, GO!!!! Relaxed, comfortable, and consistent, we highly recommend and will be back for the 700th time.

Wildflower is our favorite and go to restaurant in Tucson. We celebrated our friend’s retirement and Jenna, our server, brought a special Happy Retirement message written in chocolate along with a dessert for our friend. She was surprised and was so impressed with her dinner and the thoughtful celebration. Thank you team, Wildflower, for another outstanding and memorable evening.

Wanted to really like our time here for my 65th Birthday celebration but the service was so lacking. The server was nice but so overworked and just not present at all. The food was good but the service experience ruined the night,

I had the Mediterranean bowl, its new on the menu since the last time I was there. It was delicious, I will order it again. It had so much flavor and was beautiful. I add protein to it as my server suggested it. All I can say is delicious
