                                                                                            My ribeye was chewy and tough to eat. I was surprised on the poor quality of meat for the price. Winewood has been one of our favorite places, but the last three times we’ve been there have not met expectations.

                                                                                            I told someone at the gym today that I've never had a bad meal at Winewood. That tradition continued today! The bone-in filet was superb combined with the mac and cheese! Seldom do you get such a high quality cut of beef prepared to your specifications these days, but Winewood is undefeated. Our server was excellent and gave us more options than we could choose from. My wife had the blackened Chilean Sea Bass with shrimp and scallops...highly recommended. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and from the moment we arrived until the dessert hit the table with Happy Anniversary written on the serving tray it was an outstanding experience!

                                                                                            We were impressed by the service our waiter George provided, particularly with it being Valentine's night! The ambiance was perfect for a couple's dinner, the menu varied, and prices were more than fair! We plan to return again on our next trip to Grapevine!

                                                                                            We made a reservation for Valentine's Day based on GREAT reviews. However, we were all deeply disapointed on so many levels. The server was a solid C. Nice person, but did nothing to make us feel confidence or happy to be there. The food - also a C. We ordered the tenderloin bruschetta because of rave reviews. It was awful. I asked the server if the steak was cooked well-done and she assured me it was. I told her to please make sure it is. It was very red inside and also very fatty/grizzly. I tried to eat it anyway but couldn't chew any of it and spit out the first few pieces. After that, I just pulled all the steak off and ate the below average bruschetta without the steak. My husband ordered the steak for dinner. Also undercooked and just not a good cut of steak. I took it home to cook it again the next day for him. There was a 1" ribbon through the middle of grizzle that was inedible. The potatoes au gratin was just a brick of dense potatoes. Flavor OK, but nothing special. Just underwhelmed and very disappointed. I hoped the manager would come by so we could voice our concerns, but no manager and the server was just not approachable. We will never go back - sadly. We wanted to love it.

                                                                                            We really enjoyed Winewood and everything about the place was amazing I especially loved the tomahawk chop with the garlic mashed potatoes and the 007 drink was smooth and the best part was actually the price was super reasonable compared to other places we’ve experienced but hands down we are coming back and I’m telling all my friends⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
