Wonderful birthday celebration! Our server David was fantastic, as were his assistants. Enjoyed the excellent cuisine, service and ambience. Thanks for helping to make birthday special!

We had an exceptional evening at Spago! Our servers Anthony and Cooper were fantastic, they were attentive without being annoying, and they paced the evening beautifully so we never felt rushed and were able to just soak in the view and ambiance of the restaurant. The cocktails were very good. The starters (mushroom tagliatelle and burrata salad), were well-portioned and delicious. The mains (pork shank and curry), were both full of flavour. The dessert (Banana Fosters) finished the meal perfectly. We look forward to returning!

We wish we knew what it was like to dine here as it was much anticipated. We had reservations for 2 weeks and did not get seated in a timely manner or at all last night. The host area was chaos. We confirmed our reservation 3 times at their request including one just hours before eating. We are staying at Four Seasons and I’ve seen references that an OpenTable reservation, even a VIP, will not get served before a Four Seasons reservation? Also, we were told by the concierge that there was a “buy out” last night so tables were limited. We’ve never experienced such complete and utter chaos while watching many parties pass us by to be seated in the restaurant past our reservation time. All the while my open table app showed we were already dining. Very disappointing. We ate elsewhere.

Great service. Great inventive food. Amazing sommelier (Katie!!) who helped us with a rare and fantastic wine from Sangiminiano, Italy. Consistently Spago on all fronts.

Cooper was lovely. Enjoyed drinks at bar prior, best dirty martini I had all week. Forget name of gal at bar. Gnocchi was delish and plenty for a meal. Was too full to finish the tuna but it was prepared perfectly.

The restaurant had just come through a 6-hour power outage and some items were not available, such as ahi. Perfectly understandable! Juan looked after us very well and we loved learning more about Patagonia Chile where he's from. Terri at the bar knocked out some superb cocktails, and the manager Michael was attentive too. We felt like VIPs!! and it was a delicious lunch.

Spago in Maui is one of the best restaurants on the islands. The food and service are exceptional. The prices are high but worth the quality. The variety and freshness of the meals are A+. We had the best service from Elijah and David - true credit to any dining experience. The views are breathtaking.

Our waiter David made this an amazing evening for us. Best service on the island! Food was also so amazing. Try the Seafood Curry.

We sat on the patio with a beautiful ocean view. The service, while very friendly, was dreadfully slow, but our drinks and food were fantastic.
