   New menu is superb. Great service, nice selection of wines and price is reasonable. Good place to get dinner with friends and family.

   Staff were lovely. Service was efficient. Looked after our birthday cake. All very good.

   Shown straight to table despite a queue at the door. Cosy table, good food and excellent service.

   Had to wait nearly 2 hours for our food, we would have not received the food if I did not question what was taking so long. When asking why it took so long they failed to give a response. Overall not a great experience I don't intend in going back.

   Upon arrival to Zizzi I was kindly greeted by a girl (which I believe is new) I think here name is Lumi . She took us to our tables and did bring the menus to us. when she returned we mentioned that we had a voucher code for the Summer Menu. She again very kindly said let me check for you. She then took the voucher to one waiter I believe his name is XXXXX, who immediately told her that the voucher was only available until 1700. I was actually surprised as he did not even looked at the voucher. He then turned to her ( I think because she was new) and said. If you need to know anything about vouchers come and talk to me ( In a very abrupt/rude way) I then went back to my table and started reading the terms and conditions of the voucher. There was no mention on the voucher o any time for the meal to be served. I then went to talk to a lady (Maria) who I then found out was the manager. Who then looked and looked and looked at the voucher and eventually told me that I could use the voucher. And it was a misunderstanding. I told Maria that I have been coming to Zizzi Richmond for at least the last 10 years. And I was considering changing my options because of the way you guys continue asking for vouchers when they are not needed. 1st - Why do we need to download a voucher code and present to the waiter before the order if that voucher code is not going to be used anyway? 2nd - why Zizzi staff (Like XXXXX) never offer us the set menu if the menu is actually available without the voucher. 3rd - why without even looking or having knowledge of the voucher offers Did XXXXX say it was only valid until 1700?? Do you guys have any voucher that can be used before 1700?? After I mentioned to Maria what happened and also mentioned that I would wait for my party to arrive (total of 4) I would then decide if we were going to stay or not.

   The weekend set menu at Zizzi Richmond is great value, good wholesome Italian food.

   Regularly visit Zizzi restaurants. Richmond is a great credit to the chain. Staff are friendly, fun and attentive without bothering you. Food was great and came quickly. Didn't feel rushed and had a great experience.

   Whilst we arrived 20 minutes late after calling to let restaurant know, staff were very friendly and gave good speedy service in a packed restaurant.

   Zizzi did not receive our booking through open table and a dish that was ordered came out 10minutes after the others because it was gluten free!
