Warm, friendly customer service. The staff was very attentive acknowledge to me for my birthday celebration. Going to miss this place. Thank you so much for making number 63 birthday a good experience.

So glad to go one last time but so beyond disappointed that they switched to a buffet and failed to mention it. $45 per person and the food was absolutely terrible! The salads were soggy and looked like they dat out a while and the main buffet choices were terrible. I can say I went but it was a terrible meal for Neiman’s!

Always love the downtown Neiman Marcus flagship store. Such a shame that it is being closed down by Saks.

Our waitress was Heather and she was the worst waitress I have ever had. We ordered a bottle of Veuve clicquot. It took her forever to get us the bottle. The only reason we finally got it was bc we asked where it was. She never refilled our waters. She wasn’t even going to order us dessert. We watched the tables around us and the service they received and it was topnotch. It really took away from the ambiance and experience as my mother and aunt have been coming to the zodiac room for close to 70 years. In addition to Heather not being attentive, she was very rude, disrespectful and her demeanor was unprofessional. She acted annoyed by us as if we were a burden. However, we did speak to Edgar and he was so very kind and apologetic. We really appreciate his kindness and making the end of our last zodiac experience better.

I only wish the Zodiac Room and Downtown Neiman Marcus were not closing. Very Very sad and very angry with Saks for closing this historic building and company.

This was a delightful experience- all the food items the Zodiac is famous for. The ambiance was so nice. People were dressed the way people used to dress to go to a special place this. It may have been out of respect for the tradition and excellence of Neiman Marcus
