Zuni Café opened in San Francisco, California on February 15, 1979. Our daily changing menus are inspired by seasonal organic ingredients and incorporate traditional French and Italian cuisine. As Zuni continues to evolve, in its own distinctive and delicious way, it strives to remain the way it’s always been: at the same time rustic and cosmopolitan, audacious and familiar, intimate and convivial.

    We are excited to host an evening at Zuni Café, where guests will enjoy a menu featuring 7-8 dishes from Roy Choi’s latest cookbook, The Choi of Cooking, alongside some of our signature offerings. The dishes will showcase Roy’s recipes, thoughtfully prepared with seasonal and locally sourced produce. This event provides a unique opportunity for food lovers to experience the flavors and techniques from the cookbook, while also enjoying an exclusive chance to meet Roy Choi in person. A book signing session for guests to purchase copies of The Choi of Cooking and have their books signed by Roy Choi. Omnivore Books will be present at the event to sell books and facilitate the signing session. To guarantee your copy, we kindly ask that you reserve it in advance by selecting the add-on on the next screen.

                                                                                                                                                    Fabulous food! 3 of us shared the delicious chicken and still had leftovers. We also had the beet salad and shoestring potatoes, both delicious. The wine was pricey but they had a decent selection. Overall very nostalgic for us, and we enjoyed the evening.

Great service - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend Zuni for a wonderful dinner (or lunch)!
